What's being auctioned
Three separate sponsorship spots on ADSN, each for 3 full months: your brand on the studio wall behind the hosts, on the hat James Borow wears on camera, or on a shirt or jacket worn on camera. Each spot covers ADSN episodes recorded during those 3 months.
How bidding works
- Bidding opens when ADSN posts the auction link and runs for the length shown on the auction page.
- Each spot has an opening bid. Every new bid must be at least the percentage shown on the page above the current high bid.
- To prevent last-second sniping, a bid placed in the final minutes extends the countdown for all spots, as described on the auction page (for example, a bid with 3 minutes left resets the clock to 10 minutes). This can repeat until no new bids arrive.
- The highest valid bid on each spot when the countdown ends wins that spot.
Who can bid
Bids must be placed with a work email address. By bidding, you confirm you're authorized to make this commitment on behalf of the company you name. ADSN may remove any bid it believes is fake, placed in bad faith, or placed without authority. If a bid is removed, the next-highest valid bid takes its place.
Payment
No payment is collected on the auction page. After bidding closes, ADSN will contact each winner to confirm the bid and arrange payment. If a winner doesn't confirm or pay within a reasonable time, ADSN may offer the spot to the next-highest bidder.
Creative
ADSN will feature the winner's brand with standard caveats: no NSFW or sexual content, no profanity, no hate or harassment, and nothing illegal. ADSN approves all creative before it appears on air and will work with the winner on a version that fits.
Changes
ADSN may extend, pause, or cancel the auction if something goes wrong, such as a technical problem or abuse. Questions: daniel@adsnventures.com.
